Car defrosting warning - beware of thieves

Police are reminding people not to leave their cars unattended on the drive while defrosting them following the cold weather across Staffordshire this morning.
Festive Fire Safety
Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service is urging people not to let their Christmas go up in smoke with statistics revealing most accidental house fires happen during the Festive season.
In Staffordshire last year there were 152 fires over the Christmas period (see notes to editor), over 70% of which were accidental.
