On Thursday 26th. January, 36 members and friends sat down to their Winter Lunch.  As usual the food was wonderful;  a choice of meat, chicken and vegetarian casseroles, with a good variety of desserts and cheeses to follow, with tea, coffee and after dinner mints to finish.  A big thank-you to the committee for arranging the lunch and to everyone who provided the refreshments, brought raffle prizes and helped with the enornous amount of washing up afterwards.

The next meeting is Thursday 9th February. 7.30 pm at the Hales Club when the speaker will be Chris Lewis on "A journey from New Zealand with Sheep"   Competition:- A model of a sheep.
A reminder that the subscriptions are now due.
